Elizabeth Babbin, EdD, is a principal in the Bethlehem School District as well as the owner and director of Sylvan Learning Centers in Easton, Pennsylvania. She has served as a middle level math department chair, instructional specialist, and reading coordinator at several school districts in Pennsylvania.
Babbin earned a bachelor of arts degree in history and journalism studies from Mount Holyoke College, and a masters degree in education from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania. She also earned her doctorate of education in educational leadership from Lehigh University, where her dissertation explored the effects of a Tier 2 middle school mathematics intervention on academically at-risk students.
