Episode transcript

Cate: I was shocked when I was diagnosed with ADHD at 30, and I was even more shocked once I started learning about how ADHD impacts every moment of every day of my life. So, I got curious about how it was showing up in my relationships — platonic, romantic, and more.

This is "Sorry, I Missed This," the podcast where we talk about talking and all things ADHD — communication, relationships, intimacy, and even sex. I'll be talking to the experts and exploring the impact that ADHD has on our connection to other people.

My name is Cate Osborn, but you might know me as Catieosaurus. I got my start talking about my experience with late ADHD diagnosis and sex on social media, and I have a background in sex education. I'll be your host.

You can find "Sorry, I Missed This" anywhere you listen to your podcasts.
